Aalu Samosa





All our the world foodies always welcome samosa whole hearted. Samosa enjoy as a tea time, evening with lunch or dinner.
My family love samosa. This time making samosa with aalu as a stuffing but you can also make with paneer or noodles. So let's start....


Ingredients for stuffing :

Boiled potatoes.         500 g
Boiled green pea.        100 g
Garam masala.            1 tbsp
Sugar.                             1tbsp
Desiccated coconut     1 tbsp
Raisin.                            1and 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Cashew nut.    1and 1/2 tbsp
Amchur powder.              1 tsp
Green chilly.                      2 chooped
Salt.                                  To teast



Ingredients for outer layer :
Maida.       500 g
Cornflour. 2 tbsp
Ajowan.     1 tsp
Ghee.         1/2 cup or oil
Salt.            To teast
Water.          As required
Oil               deep frying



Method  for samosa:



1) for a samosa dough in a big plat mix Maida+Cornflour +Ajowan +Ghee+salt. Mix well, make a crumble mixture. Add water and make tight dough. Cover it.





2) for stuffing in a big bowl mashed potatoes +green chilly+ salt +coconut +Raisin+Cashewnut+Amchur+sugar mix every thing and last add peas and mix.



3) make a balls for making samosa.






4) hit up your kadaii for deep fry.



5) make medium size poori. Make a two parts of it.





6) make a triangle with one part of poori.










7) press ages and feel the stuffing and again press the ages as you can see in pictures.











8)made all samosas and deep fry In a low flame.







9) searve hot  with sweet tamarind chutney.
