Manbhog (Rava no shiro) (suji ka halwa) (Semolina sweet) (prasad)
Manbhog ( prasad) is very popular sweet recipe. Different cultures having different name for this recipe. Today we going to make my version of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE :
Semolina (rava) 1/2 cup
Sugar. 1 cup
Milk. 200 ml
Water. 50 ml
Ghee. 1/2 cup
Nuts 1/2 tbsp
Raisins. 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar. 1 cup
Milk. 200 ml
Water. 50 ml
Ghee. 1/2 cup
Nuts 1/2 tbsp
Raisins. 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
METHOD FOR RECIPE :
1)Frist boild milk and water.
2)hit up your pan and add ghee and Semolina. Cook it until it light and airy. Slightly change in colour. It's take 5 to 7 minutes. In a medium flam.
3) now time to add milk and water, after that add sugar and mix well.
4) stir continuesly halwa until live a side of the pan.
5) add nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder.
6) savour hot or cool.
