Bhajii Pav (Street food)







I think this street food  tested every Indian foodies. Lots of vegetables mix with some spic and temper with butter....... Crush in hot plate mix with tomatoes and onion. And serve with        butter pav or serve with soft oven fresh buns or we called "pav".........ohhhhh mouth watering..... It's it!!!!!!  In winter it's teast batter then any other season. So let's start making very tempting Street food call bhajii pav.



Ingredients for Bhajii Pav :



Boild potatoes.               2 medium sized
Brinjal.                              3 to 4 medium sized
Cabbage                          150 g
Cauliflower                      100 g
Green peas                       200 g
Chopped tomatoes         3 to 4 big sized
Chopped onion                 3 big sized
Garlic                                 4 to 5
Read chill powder            2 tbsp
Turmeric powder             1/2 tbsp
Bhaji pav masala              1 tbsp
Lemon juice                       1 lemon
Chopped coriander           2 tbsp
Salt                                     to teast
Oil.                                      5 tbsp
Butter.                                 5 tbsp
Pav.                                    as required
Method for Bhaji pav:




1)first pressure cook all veggies with some salt and 1 tbsp oil. Chopped tomatoes and onion and garlic.
2)peel potatoes and crash all veggies and keep it  a side. Accept green peas.
3)hit up your kadaii and add 5 tbsp of oil add some asafoetida and it's time to add chopped onion.





4) after your onion are cooked time to add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Now add garlic and all the masala like  red chill, Turmeric, salt,pav Bhaji masala and cook for 5 minutes.






5) cool down and make a paste for this onion and tomatoes.





6)now hit up a big kadaii or vessel add butter +oil .
         
7)when butter melt add asafoetida and add peast cover it for cook  5 minutes.




8) finally add crash veggie mixture mix it well and add lemon juice and check salt and red chilli if you like  spicy food so add some more red chill powder.







9) serve hot with some butter some chopped onions and chopped coriander.
