Magas na laddoo (besan aata laddoo)






This is also very unique recipe. It's made with "besan or chanadal " aata. It's healthy and very delicious sweet recipe. Generally this laddoo made in Diwali. you can store for loge time. So let's get start.......make a laddoo recipe.


Ingredients for magas laddoo :


Besan atta.                 250g
Powder sugar.           200g
Ghee.                          200g
Cardamom powder.  1 tsp
Milk                              4 tbsp



Method for magas laddoo:




1)if you are taking coarsely grained basan atta so avoid this( 2)(3)steps.


2)in big vessel take basan atta and 1tsp Ghee and 2 tbsp of milk and mix slowly and add again milk and mix well.


3)take big atta sifter and sift this besan atta for coarsely effect.


4)hit up your kadaii and add ghee and atta and mix well and cook in a medium heat. Use none stick kadaii, coz atta burn easy.


5) after few minutes nice aroma start and stir continuously.


6)after 12 to 15 minutes it's change the  colour as you can see in picture. Switch off the flame and stir it for 5 minutes.





7)cool down completely. Now add powder sugar and Cardamom powder and mix well. Make balls out of the cooked laddoo mixture.
If you wish garnish with cashew nut.
