Lauki ka Halwa (dhudhi no halwa) ( Bottle groud pudding)



     In India we celebrate so many festivals and every festival is so special. In shree Ganptiji pooja is different for others. Every day new prasad  made for bal ganesha and workship for nine days. For this reason make  sweet recipe this is my and my family's favourite.......

Dudhi no halwa Or lauki ka halwa.

. So let's start........ Make sweet recipe.For this I am using microwave.


Halwa make in microwave and for this recipe made with milk powder or use condensed milk.so if you using condensed milk for this recipe add sugar and cocdensedmilk both. Ex.400 condensed milk+80 sugar for balance sweetness. Coz lauki it self very juicy then other vegetables. Don't  squeeze the juice.


Ingredients for recipe.



Grated lauki         750 g
Milk powder.        150 g
Sugar.                    3000 g
Carem                    1/4 cup
Cardamom powder. 1 tsp
Chop nuts &            2 tbsp
Raisins.
                 
Recipe Method :
1) take microwave safe glass bowl and mix lauki and sugar  together for 5 minutes for high temperature  and take out of the microwave and take specula and mix well .

 ***my microwave is 900w.


2)after that add milk powder, cream mix well and again put glass bowl in microwave for high temperature for 10minutes. Now after 10 minutes take out your glass bowl and mix well and  again repeat the process 4 time approx.








3) 3rd time some juice left in my bowl so put again for 10 minutes. I get proper texture after 40 minutes as you can see in the picture . Compare to carrots halwa this recipe take some more time to get proper texture.

4)mix cardamom powder and nuts, raisins.



5) you can savour hot or cold.
