Coffee and Oats cake

Coffee and oats both common ingredients but  not very popular together. In this cake recipe use these two ingredients and make sure that you love this combination. It's very moist and taste good, great in texture. I love to bake. I bake "Dil se". So try cake recipe. It's perfect for tea time recipe. So let's get start......


Ingredients for cake :

Oats.                         1/3 cup
Wheat flour.             1 cup
Powder sugar.          1 cup
Coffee.                      1and 1/2 tbsp
cocoa powder.        1 tbsp
Melted butter.           50g
Baking soda.            1/2 tsp
Baking powder.         1/2 tsp
Milk powder.               2 tbsp
Salt.      .                      Pinch
Water                          150 ml
Method for recipe :
1)preheat oven at 180 degrees and grease the mold. Mix coffee and water.


2) in a big bowl sift dry ingredients wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder.



3)now mix coffee and melted butter and oats and mix with dry ingredients.

4) pour the batter in a mold. Sprinkle some oats and Put mold in oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Or bake cake until toothpick comes out clean,because every oven is different.
















5) serve with caramel  sauce.
