This laddoo are very famous in kathiyawad and Gujarat. Years ago in Gujarat these laddoo prepared if any happy occasion. This recipe made with powder sugar or jaggery. Today we made with sugar. It's garnish looking good with poppy seeds. So let's get start.......
Ingredients for laddoo :
Coarsely grained Wheat flour 250g
Powder sugar. 200 g
Ghee 250g
Chopped Dry fruits. 25g
Kissmiss. 25 g
Cardamom powder. 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder. 1/2 tsp
Poppy seeds(khus khus 2 tbsp
Oil. For fry

Method for laddoo :
1)hit up oil for dip fry muthiya.
2)take a big bowl and addC
orsley grained wheat flour and 3 tbsp Ghee and water make tight dough and given shape as in picture you can seen., this shape made with help of your palm and fingers. Make a muthiya.

4)cool down muthiya for 10 to 15 minutes and break it and Corsley Crush in mixture and sift with big sifter.
5)now it's time to mix all ingredients. Add ghee,sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, dry fruits and kissmiss and mix well with help of your hands.
6)now make laddoo out of this mixture and take flat plate and throw this laddoo and flat that one side for given perfect effect of churma laddoo as shown in picture.
7)garnish with poppy seeds.
