Roti pops
This is left over roti recipe. Left over roti sweet recipe. Combination with chocolate and dry fruits, coconut, dates.This recipe savour with pop stick like lollipop.
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE :
Unsalted whole wheat flour roti. 3
Jaggery chopped. 2 tbsp
Chopped Dates 4 to 5
Chopped Dry fruits 2 tbsp
Chopped Raisins 2 tbsp
Coconut 2 tbsp
Melted chocolate 150 g
Ghee. 1 tbsp
Pop stick
Chocolate rapers
Jaggery chopped. 2 tbsp

METHOD FOR RECIPE :
1)in double boiler melt the chocolate or microwave chocolate for 30 seconds.
2) crush the roti with the help of mixture or hand.
3) heat up your pan and add ghee and jaggery
When jaggery is melting mix chopped Dates, chopped Dry fruits, coconut, chopped Raisins and mix well.

5) take your pop stick and dip one side of the stick into the melted chocolate and insert in the balls. Refrigerator the roti pops for 15 to 20 minutes.
6) after refrigeration of the pops dip this pops in to the melted chocolate and set it in the refrigerator.
Enjoy your pops like cake pops.
