Kathiyavadi vegetables dishes are very spicy and tasty too. This recipe about everybody favourite Potatoes.For this recipe is about Baby potatoes and strong garlic flavor. This unique combination and savour as launch or dinner with roti,paratha, naan.
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE :
Baby potatoes. 200 g
Red Garlic paste (chutney) 2 tbsp
Tomato 1 chopped
Kashmiri red chilly powder. 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp
Garm masala. 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly. 1
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Mustard seeds. 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida. 1/2 tsp
Salt. To taste
Oil. 3 tbsp
Red Garlic paste (chutney) 2 tbsp
Tomato 1 chopped
Kashmiri red chilly powder. 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp
Garm masala. 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly. 1
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Mustard seeds. 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida. 1/2 tsp
Salt. To taste
Oil. 3 tbsp
METHOD FOR RECIPE :
1)pressure cook baby potatoes and peel them
.
2)hit up your non stick pan and add Oil and Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds dry red chilly when it's cracked add Asafoetida.
3) now add chopped tomato and cook for few minutes. Now turned your flame slow.
4)now add red garlic chuntey and cook 1 minute.
5)add red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, salt, Garm masala. Mix well.
8)I am savour hot with roti and aamras.
