Badami Paneer is spicy sabzi. I made Panjabi style. This recipe good in taste with goodness and richness of almonds.
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE :
Paneer. 200 g
Almonds (soaked) 10 to 12
Tomatoes chopped. 3
Onion chopped. 3
Red chilly powder. 1 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp
Garm masala. 1 tsp
Kasuri methi. 1 tbsp
Cloves. 3 to 4
Cinnamon stick. 1
Cardamom powder. 1 tsp
Bay leaf. 1
Star anise. 1
Salt. to taste
Cream. 2 tbsp
Oil. 3 +1 tbsp
Sugar (optional) 1 tsp

Cream. 2 tbsp
Oil. 3 +1 tbsp
Sugar (optional) 1 tsp
Cut the Paneer and mix 1 tbsp of cream and 1 tsp Kasuri methi mix well and keep it a side.
🔷 gravy method :
1) hit up your non stick pan and add 3 tbsp oil and whole Indian spices ( Cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise,cardamom powder after that add Asafoetida.
2) Frist add onions and cook for 1 minute than add chopped tomatoes cook for 1 minute now add red chilly powder and Turmeric powder, salt and soaked almonds. Mix well and cook until oil separate.
4) Hit up your non stick pan and add 1 tbsp of Oil and Kasuri methi now add gravy paste and cook 2 to 3 minutes in a medium flam. In to gravy add marinated Paneer and mix well. Do not cook Paneer so long time. Just cook 1 minute and turned off the gas.
