Eggless Strawberries Cake
In eggless cakes we use milk, candensmilk. This cake No milk, no butter, no candensmilk cake.
For this recipe I am used yogurt. It's make cake so soft and helps to rise and texture is spongy.

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE :
Whole wheat flour. 1and 1/2 cup
Powder sugar. 1and 1/2 cup
Coco powder. 1 tbsp
Strawberries 1 cup
Trutty fruity 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Oil. 1/2 cup

1)chop the Strawberries. Take a big bowl and mix dry ingredients. Whole wheat flour, sugar, coco powder, baking soda, baking soda mix very well.
2)now mix wet ingredients. In yogurt add water, oil and mix and add in dry ingredients in to two batches. Pree

4)bake the cake 40 minutes, firstly 15 minutes for 200' degrees and then 175' degrees for 20 minutes. Or bake toothpick comes out clean. Every oven is different so please check your temperature after 25 minutes because I am using 28 l microwave. convection mode and it takes 40 minutes to bake.
5) cool your cake and garnish with iceing sugar.
