Potato is everyone's favourite. Potatoes mix with any vegetables and made many varieties of it. Today I am making suki Bhaji for dinner. Savour with masala poori and aamras.
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE :
Pressure cooked potatoes. 3
Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
Green chilly 1
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil. 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 3 to 4
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
Green chilly 1
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil. 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 3 to 4
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
1) peel and cut the potatoes. Hit up your non stick pan and add Oil and Mustard seeds and cummin seeds. When pop up the seeds add Asafoetida.
2)now add water and curry leaves, chopped green chilly, salt, Garm masala, red chilly powder, Turmeric and lemon juice mix well.
3)add potatoes and mix and cook for 1 minute. Garnishing with coriander leaves. Savour with masala poori and aamras.
