Spicy Veg Pulao

Hello  Everyone,
        Are you planning for dinner tonight? Try this veg pulao. Add more vegetables and make it healthy. So let's start....


INGREDIENTS



Basmati rice.                         1 cup
Green peas.                           1/3 cup
Cabbage chopped                1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped              1/2 cup
Tomato chopped.                  1 cup
Onion chopped.                     1/2 cup
Cloves.                                     3 -4
Cinnamon stick.                       1
Cumin seeds.                          1 top
Whole Red chilly.                      1
Whole Green chilly.                   1
Red chilly powder.                    1 tsp
Turmeric powder.                     1 tsp
Garam masala.                         1 tsp
Salt.                                            To test
Oli or butter.                              3 tbsp
Asafoetida .                               1/2 tsp


Recipe Method :
1) first  boiled rice with salt and green peas and cool down the cooked rice.
2) chopped all vegetables and hit up you pan.
3)put oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds, Cloves, cinnamon, whole red chilli and cracked it and add Asafoetida.
4)first add chopped onion and cook for a while and then tomatoes add,now add all routine masala  and cook t 2 to3 minutes.  
5) add cabbage and  Capsicum chopped just toss and add cooked rice and mix well.
