Oats and nuts Chocolates.
Hello everyone,
"Happy Valentine's day"
As name suggests we make chocolate for the spacial day.This chocolate you can make any time ,it's easy and healthy too. For this recipe made a simple garnishing and simple bouquet but you can decorate with some other ideas.In this recipe I made two shapes heart and ball. You can make a bar shape or square also.
Ingredients for Chocolate :
Chocolate ( dark) 150g
Oats. 3tbsp
Chopped nuts. 11/2tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Chocolate. 50g
Recipe Method:
1) chop chocolate and temper (melted)in double boiler or microwave for 1 minute.
2) mix oats, nuts, raisins together and mix well. Rest for 5 to 7 minutes for soak oats.
3) fill the mold as your choice,or make balls.
4) for bouquet insert the stick or make simple balls.
5) set in freezer 10 to 15 minutes , after that unmold chocolate .
6) in a small bowl temper ( melted) chocolate and deep into it, garnishing with oats.
7) take pop stand places in to the stand.
8) set the chocolate.
9) take reaping paper any choice of you and rape it.
10) arrange with your imagination.
Chocolate bouquet is ready.
