"Bread chaat" ?? I think it's new version of chaat. Believe me it is very Yummy, tempting and crunchy . This recipe made my mom in my childhood. This recipe no bake,no cooking process just assemble all the ingredients together and ready to serve.All ingredients available in Indian grocery store.
Ingredients:
4 bread slices
200 ml. Tamarind chutney
4 tsp Garlic red chutney
100g. Sav ( Besan)
100g. Bundis (besan)
100g. Masala groundnuts
50g chop onions
50g. Chop coriander leaves
20 g. Raisins
2 tsp chaat masala
200 ml. Tamarind chutney
4 tsp Garlic red chutney

50g. Chop coriander leaves
20 g. Raisins
2 tsp chaat masala
🔷we make two very simple chutneys :
🔹Tamarind chutney :
soak tamarind in to warm water or take ready-made tamarind paste and add some jaggery and salt to taste for two hours.mix well and bland it make a paste.
🔹Garlic red chutney :
Peel the garlic and add some oil,salt and red chili powder , Water and bland it very smooth paste.
Masala groundnuts :
Defray groundnuts and add some chaat, masala, salt and red chilly powder mix together.
1) take big plat or bowl and cut bread slices in small pieces.
2)dip bread pieces in to tamarind water.
3)mix some water in garlic chutney
and sprinkle in to bread pieces.
4)add some masala groundnuts on Bread pieces.
5) than add bundi and sav (besan)
6) and add chop onions and raisins
7) sprinkle chaat masala and chop coriander leaves.
8) add some more tamarind water .
