Almonds and saffron kulfi
Hello everyone,
"Ice cream" all over the world Very few people are not like to eat world's most famous dessert . Indian traditional ice cream or frozen dessert is " kulfi ".
Ice cream made by milk, cream, coconut milk, milk solid (milk powder ), cookies, chocolate, fresh fruits,dry fruits,etc, etc.
Home made kulfi or ice cream is great in test and healthy and hygiene.
Kulfi made by milk and dry fruits,gulkand ( Rose and sugar)Malay,(cream), paan, etc.Today we make Almond and saffron kulfi. In this recipe not using so many ingredients. So lats make start make something cool and very Yummy kulfi.
Ingredients :
Full fat milk. 250ml
Condensed milk. 150ml
Cream. 2 tbsp
Saffron. 1/2 tsp
Almonds. 1/3 cup
Recipe method :
1) sock almonds in to the water for 2 to 3 hours,and pill the skin of the almonds.
Make not very fine pest of almonds, coarsely grind.
2).Mix all ingredients together. In to hot pan pour kulfi mixcher and boil for 12 to 15 minutes in a medium hit.
3)Cool down completely. After pour this mix in to your favourite mold and chilled for 6 to 7 hours.Garnishing with almonds flakes.
Enjoy your very Yummy kulfi.
