Manbhog (Rava no shiro) (suji ka halwa) (Semolina sweet) (prasad) Manbhog ( prasad) is very popular sweet recipe. Different cultures having different name for this recipe. Today we going to make my version of this recipe. INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE : Semolina (rava) 1/2 cup Sugar. 1 cup Milk. 200 ml Water. 50 ml Ghee. 1/2 cup Nuts 1/2 tbsp Raisins. 1 tbsp Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp METHOD FOR RECIPE : 1)Frist boild milk and water. 2)hit up your pan and add ghee and Semolina. Warm Gajar Halwa with Vanilla ice cream (carrot pudding with ice cream) In every Indian home kitchen often made Gajar ka Halwa and it's a very classic dessert and other hand vanilla ice cream is most common and classic ice cream flavour. These two most popular and classic recipes put together and made fusion recipe. Trust me it's very different and delicious dessert recipe. For this recipe I made both recipes at my home kitchen. If you wish you can use redymade vanilla ice cream. Just enjoy two scoops of ice cream and one scoop of Gajar Halwa. Puran polii (sweet stuff roti)

Puran polii (sweet stuff roti) Basically this is one of the most famous maharastreyn sweet recipes. Puran polii made with tuver dal, chana dal, or mug dal and mix dal. Traditionally serve with lots of ghee with potatoes subzi and sweet kadhi and rice. This is tempting menu isn't it??? My grandmother made it with jaggery +sugar. I dedicated this recipe to my nani. So let's make it puran polii. Ingredients for puran polii : Stuffing:- boiled tuver dal. 2cups Jaggery. 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar. 1 cup Cardamom powder. 1 tsp Ghee Ingredients for roti : Wheat flour. 2 cups Ghee 1 tbsp Water. as per required Method for puran polii : 1) boiled dal or you can take split mug dal+tuver dal + chana dal mix it and boild it in pressure cooker. Make sure your dal is not too much runny. Cool down it.
